Continuous Trial.

Section 44

SEC. 44. Continuous Trial.- In cases involving crimes defined and penalized under the provisions of this Act, the judge concerned shall set the case for continuous trial on a daily basis from Monday to Thursday or other short-term trial calendar to ensure compliance with the accussed's right to speedy trial.
