Repealing Clause.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Repealing Clause.- All laws, decrees, orders, resolutions, instructions, rules and regulations, and other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provision of this Act are hereby repealed, amended, or modified, accordingly.
