Section 13
SEC. 13. Officials entitled to government motor transportation.—The following officials are entitled to use government motor transportation chargeable against the appropriations authorized in this Act: The President of the Philippines, The Vice-President of the Philippines, The President of the Senate, The Speaker of the House of Representatives, The President Pro-Tempore of the Senate, The Majority Floor Leader of the Senate, The Chairman, Committee on Finance, of the Senate, The Chairman, Committee on Accounts, of the Senate, The Chairman, Committee on Foreign Relations, of the Senate, The Chairman, Committee on Public Works, of the Senate, The Minority Floor Leader of the Senate, The Secretary of the Senate, The Speaker Pro-Tempore of the House of Representatives, The Majority Floor Leader of the House of Representatives, The Chairman, Committee on Appropriations, of the House of Representatives, The Chairman, Committee on Accounts, of the House of Representatives, The Chairman, Committee on Foreign Affairs, of the House of Representatives, The Chairman, Committee on Public Works, of the House of Representatives, The Minority Floor Leader of the House of Representatives, The Secretary of the House of Representatives, The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, The Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeals, The Auditor General, The Ambassadors, Ministers Plenipotentiary and Consuls in charge of consulates while in their respective stations abroad, and The Chief of Staff and the Vice-Chief of Staff and the Commanding Officers of the Major Services of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
