Books and Accounts.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Books and Accounts. - The books and accounts of the grantee, its successors or assignees, shall always be open to the inspection of the COA and its duly authorized representatives. It shall be the duty of the grantee, its successors or assignees, to submit to the COA two (2) copies of the quarterly reports on the gross receipts, the net profits and the general condition of the business.
