Admission/Scholarship Program.

Section 16

SEC. 16. Admission/Scholarship Program. - The BASSU shall provide scholarship programs and other affirmative action programs to assist poor but deserving students who qualify for admission to the BASSU. No student shall be denied admission to the BASSU by reason of sex, faith, cultural or community affiliation or ethnic origin.
