Section 9

SEC. 9. The Secretary of the University. – The Board shall appoint a Secretary who shall serve as such for both the Board and the OMSU and shall keep all records and proceedings of the Board. The Secretary of the OMS shall serve upon each member of the Board the appropriate notice of Board meetings.
