Appropriations.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Appropriations. – The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be sourced from the BFP Modernization Trust Fund as provided in Section 7. In addition, the annual appropriations for the BFP Modernization Program shall include the amount necessary to support the funding requirements for all modernization projects submitted to Congress. The funds to be appropriated to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act under the BFP.
