Employment records and reports.

Section 23

SEC. 23. Employment records and reports.— Each employer shall report immediately to the System the names ages, civil status, occupations, salaries and dependents of a his employees, who are in his employ and who are or may later be subject to compulsory coverage: Provided, That subject to compulsory coverage should die become sick, unemployed or disabled without the System having previously received a report about him from his employeer, the said employeer shall pay to the employee or his legal heirs damages equivalent to the benefits to which said employee would have been entitled had his name ben reported on time by the employer to the System. Every employer shall keep true and accurate work for such periods and containing such information as Commission may prescribe. Such records shall be open o inspection and copy thereof shall be furnished to the Commission or its authorized representatives quarterly or as often as the Commission may require. The System may also require each employer to submit, with respect to the persons in his employ, reports needed for the effective administration of this Act. F. Funds of the System
