Section 1

SECTION 1. The Balbalan Agricultural and Industrial School - Balbalan Proper Extension in Barangay Balbalan Proper, Municipality of Balbalan, Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Balbalan Agricultural and Industrial School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Eastern Balbalan National High School. SEC. 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Balbalan Agricultural and Industrial School - Balbalan Proper Extension are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Eastern Balbalan National High School.
