SECTION 3. Upon registration of the Oath of Allegiance, the Bureau of Immigration shall issue a Certificate of Naturalization to Mrs. Elizabeth Eder Zobel de Ayala who shall thereupon enter into the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship.
