Tenure and Retirement.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Tenure and Retirement. - The Chief Marshal, Deputy Marshals, officials and personnel of the Office of the Judiciary Marshals shall serve until they reach the age of sixty-five (65), unless sooner become incapacitated to discharge the duties of their office, or are dismissed or relieved for just cause by a vote of not less than eight (8) justices of the Supreme Court.
