SECTION 1. The extension office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro is hereby converted into a “Class B” District Office to be known as the Land Transportation Office (LTO) District Office – Pinamalayan.
