Use of Charging Stations.

Section 20

SEC. 20. Use of Charging Stations. - The construction, installation, utilization, operation, and maintenance of charging stations shall comply with all rules, regulations, and standards issued pursuant to this Act. Own-use charging stations shall not be allowed to impose and collect charging fees. Commercial use charging stations may be allowed to impose and collect charging fees, which shall be unbundled.
