Exportation.

Section 7

SECTION 7. Exportation. — A vintage vehicle may be exported without restriction: Provided, That in the interest of preserving the cultural and historical heritage associated with vintage vehicles, the exportation of vintage vehicles that have historical significance to the country, such as vehicles of Presidents of the Philippines, as certified by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) in accordance with rules and guidelines, shall be prohibited, except for the purpose of repair or restoration abroad as authorized by the NHCP.
