Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a general hospital in the Municipality of Villanueva, Province of Misamis Oriental, to be known as the Northeastern Misamis General Hospital (NMGH), which shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Department of Health (DOH). Any future increase in bed capacity, healthcare facilities, service capability, and human resource complement shall be based on the hospital development plan which shall be prepared by the DOH.
