SEC. 3. Subsection (b) of section five of the same Executive Order Numbered Three hundred and ninety-three is hereby amended to read as follows: “(b) To confer upon successful candidates for graduation, the title of Associate in Agricultural Education, the degree of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering, of Science in Home Economics, Master of Science in Agricultural Education, Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering, and Master of Science in Home Economic and such other titles and degrees corresponding to the courses which the Board of Trustees may offer: Provided, That it may confer the usual honorary degrees upon persons in recognition of learning, statesmanship, leadership or eminence in literature, science, art, agriculture, or public service."
