SECTION 1. The Dulop National High School - Bag-ong Valencia Extension in Barangay Bag-ong Valencia, Municipality of Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby separated from the Dulop National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Bag-ong Valencia Agricultural National High School.
