Term of Franchise.

Section 8

SEC. 8. Term of Franchise. - This franchise shall be extended and in effect for a a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of the effectivity of this Act, unless sooner cancelled. This franchise shall be deemed ipso facto in the event the grantee fails to operate continuously for two (2) years.
