Section 2

SEC. 2. The renaming of the Municipality of Lista shall be effective upon ratification of the majority of the votes cast by qualified voters in a plebiscite to be conducted and supervised by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in the present Municipality of Lista. The expenses for such plebiscite shall be borne by the Municipality of Lista, Province of Ifugao.
