SECTION 1. Section 1 of Republic Act No. 8256 is hereby amended to read as follows: “SECTION 1. The foundation days and feast days in the Province of Davao Oriental, and the cities, municipalities, and barangays therein are hereby declared as special nonworking public holidays”.
