SECTION 1. The First Cebu-Mactan Bridge traversing the Mactan Channel located at A.C. Cortes Avenue in Barangay Looc, Mandaue City up to the Mandaue-Mactan Road in Barangay Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City, both in the Province of Cebu, comprising a total distance of 854 meters, is hereby renamed as Serging Veloso Osmeña Jr. Bridge.
