SEC. 3. The Provincial Government of Davao Occidental shall provide the necessary funds for the establishment of the Nuing Community Hospital. The Secretary of the DOH shall include in the Department’s subsidy program, support for the capital outlay requirements of the Nuing Community Hospital.
