Section 1

SECTION 1. The authorized bed capacity of the Unayan Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Binidayan, Province of Lanao del Sur is hereby increased from ten (10) to fifty (50) beds. Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan that shall be prepared by Chief of Hospital of the Unayan Municipal Hospital, and submitted to the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao – Ministry of Health.
