Section 1

SECTION 1. The authorized bed capacity of the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital located in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to three hundred (300) beds. Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan that shall be prepared by the Chief of Hospital of the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital, and submitted to the Department of Health (DOH).
