Section 5

SECTION 5. Tamper-resistant and Child-resistant Design. — The receptacles of Vapor Product Refills shall be child-resistant, tamper-resistant, and shall be protected against breakage and leakage. Non-refillable receptacles shall not be tampered with and refilled.
