SECTION 1. The Mariano Peralta National High School - Datu Danwata Extension in Barangay Datu Danwata, Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao Occidental is hereby separated from the Mariano Peralta National High School and converted it into an independent national high school to be known as the Gaspar Danwata National High School.
