Estate Tax Exemption.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Estate Tax Exemption. - The land awarded to ARBs shall be excluded from his/her gross estate for purposes of estate tax. The Department of the Interior and Local Government shall also encourage local government units to enact local tax amnesty on real property taxes and other transfer taxes of qualified ARBs under this section.
