Authority to Undertake PPP Project.

Section 5

SEC. 5. Authority to Undertake PPP Project. - All Implementing Agencies as defined in Section 3(q) of this Code are hereby authorized to identify, develop, assess, evaluate, approve, negotiate, award, and undertake PPP Projects in accordance with the provisions f this Code.
