SEC. 14. Mandatory Inclusion of Dispute Avoidance and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in PPP Contracts. - All PPP contracts shall include provisions on the use of dispute avoidance and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms pursuant to Republic Act No. 9283, otherwise known as the "Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004". The contracting parties shall be given complete freedom to choose which ADR mechanisms to be followed, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
