Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 9

SEC. 9. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within sixty (60) days from the approval of this Act, the Board shall in consultation with CHED and the Department of Budget and Management, issue the rules and regulations to fully implement the provisions of this Act.
