Section 5

SEC. 5. Compliance with CHED Requirements. - The PUP, prior to the conversion of the PUP-Parañque City Campus into a regular campus and the offering of new and revised courses and programs related thereto, shall ensure compliance with the applicable policies, standards and guidelines of the CHED.
