The Secretary of the BulSU.

Section 11

SEC. 11. The Secretary of the BulSU. - The Board shall appoint a Secretary who shall serve as such for both the Board and the BulSU and shall keep all records and proceedings of meetings of the Board. The Secretary of the BulSU shall serve upon each member of the Board the appropriate notice of board meetings.
