Scholarship Programs and Admission.

Section 19

SEC. 19. Scholarship Programs and Admission. - The BulSU shall provide scholarship programs and other affirmative action programs to assist poor but deserving students who qualify for admission to the BulSU. No student shall be denied admission to the BulSU by reason of sex, gender, religion, cultural community affiliation, or ethnic origin, or any other forms of discrimination.
