SEC. 2. The Southern Leyte Second District Engineering Office shall serve the Municipalities of Anahawan, Hinunangan, Hinundayan, Libagon, Liloan, Pintuyan, Silago and Sogod, all located in the Second Legislative District of the Province of Southern Leyte.
