Promotion of Consumer Interests.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Promotion of Consumer Interests. - The herein Grantee shall establish a customer desk that will handle consumer complaints and ensure adequate protection of consumer interests. The Grantee shall act with dispatch on all such complaints brought before it.
