Repealing Clause.

Section 22

SEC. 22. Repealing Clause. - All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, letter of instruction, and administrative rules and regulations or parts thereof, , which are contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
