SECTION 1. The Bacungan National High School - Mangop Extension in Barangay Mangop, Municipality of Leon B. Postigo, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is hereby separated from the Bacungan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Mangop National High School.
