SECTION 1. The Siocon Central School - J.P. Brillantes Extension in Barangay Jose P. Brillantes, Sr., Municipality of Siocon, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is hereby separated from the Siocon Central School and converted into an independent elementary school to be known as the Jose P. Brillantes Elementary School.
