Section 1

SECTION 1. January 22 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Guiguinto, Province of Bulacan, in celebration of the Halamanan Festival. Upon proclamation of the President, January of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Guiguinto, Province of Bulacan.
