Repealing Clause.

Section 8

SEC. 8. Repealing Clause. - All laws, executive orders, presidential decrees, administrative orders, rules and regulations, issuances, or parts thereof contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
