Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 21

SEC. 21. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the PHILVOLCS, in consultation with relevant stakeholders, shall formulate the rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
