SEC. 26. Expedited Processing. - In all instances where a DTIP requires a form, certificate, or request from any government agency or LGU, at least two (2) public officers shall be involved in processing such form, certificate, or request. Processing fees and certifications required for the deployment of any segment of data transmission networks shall be limited to those identified by the DICT. The DICT shall coordinate with the concerned national government agencies and LGUs, and conduct the necessary consultations with civil society organizations and other stakeholder groups, for the formulation of policies and implementing rules to minimize the administrative burden of permitting and certification processes. In processing permits for the construction, installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of data transmission infrastructure, Executive Order No. 32, series of 2023 shall apply.
