Vested Rights.

Section 13

SEC. 13. Vested Rights. - Save for the implementation of the new Section 151-A(E) of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended, valid mineral agreements and financial or technical assistance agreements prior to the effectivity of this Act shall continue to be governed by their respective terms and conditions until the expiration of their period, except if said agreements provide that terms and conditions resulting from the repeal or amendment of existing laws or regulations or from the enactment of new law or regulation shall be considered written into and part of said mineral agreements and financial or technical assistance agreements.
