Section 3

SEC. 3. National Aviation Academy of the Philippines. - The existing Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA) is hereby renamed the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP). As such, the NAAP shall specialize in aviation and aviation-related programs.
