Scholarship Programs and Admission.

Section 25

SEC. 25. Scholarship Programs and Admission. - The NAAP shall provide scholarships and other affirmative action programs to assist poor but deserving students who qualify for admission to the NAAP. No student shall be denied admission to the NAAP by reason of gender, religion, political, cultural or community affiliation, or ethnic groups.
