Transitory Provision.

Section 37

SEC. 37. Transitory Provision. - To provide strategic direction and leadership to the NAAP in the transition of PhilSCA for a pioneer status as the national professional institution for aviation and to ensure the attainment of its distinctive and purposeful mandate, as provided in this Act, the incumbent President of the PhilSCA shall serve as the first President of the NAAP for a term of four (4) years without reappointment.
