SECTION 1. April 24 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Sulop, Province of Davao del Sur, to be known as "Araw ng Sulop ", in commemoration of its foundation anniversary. However, upon proclamation of the President, April 24 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Sulop, Province of Davao del Sur.
