Appropriations.

Section 11

SEC. 11. Appropriations. - The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of either the DepEd or the Miscellaneous Personnel Benefits Fund, or both. Thereafter, the amount necessary for its continuous implementation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The funding for the promotion of teachers and school leaders shall be prioritized and made available.
