Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 28

SEC. 28. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The DOST Secretary, in consultation with the DOH, RITM, DA, DBM, CSC, and other relevant government agencies, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act. Failure to promulgate the rules and regulations of this Act shall not prevent its implementation upon effectivity.
