Section 2

SEC. 2. Conversion. - The J.H Cerilles State College in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, including its campuses in the Municipalities of Dumingag and Lakewood and in the City of Pagadian, as well as its various offsite and extension campuses, all located in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur, are hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Zamboanga del Sur State University (ZDSSU). Its main campus shall be in Barangay Mati, Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
